Banxso Wealth Management is a brand name owned and operated by Banxso Wealth Management (PTY) Limited, situated at 117 On Strand, De Waterkant, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa, Registration Number: (2012 187591 07), is authorized and regulated by the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”), with License Number 41690, as a Category II Financial Service Provider, and serves clients outside of the European Union.

Banxso MU is a brand name owned and operated by Éclat Technologies Limited, situated at 14 Poudriere Street, Premier Business Center, 10th Floor, Sterling Tower, Port Louis, Mauritius, Registration Number: C201262, is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (“FSC”) of Mauritius with License Number GB23201707 as an authorized Investment Dealer and serves clients outside of the European Union.

Banxso VU is a brand name owned and operated by VT Markets Global Limited, situated at Port Vila, PO Box 1276, Vanuatu, Registration Number: 700627, is authorized and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (“VFSC”), with a Class A, B and C Financial Dealers License and serves clients outside of the European Union.

Banxso SYC is a brand name owned and operated by Best Leader International (SYC) Limited, situated at Zippora Street, Providence Industrial Estate, Mahe, Seychelles, Registration Number: 84272091, is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) of Seychelle with License Number SD084 as an authorized Securities Dealer and serves clients outside of the European Union.

Banque de Banxso (LTD), situated at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Mohéli, Comoros Union, Registration Number: HY00123062, trading under Banxso.com, is authorized and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority (“MISA”) of Island of Mwali (Moheli), Comoros Union, with License Number T2023163, as an International Brokerage and License Number B2023085 as a Class “A” Bank, and serves clients outside of the European Union.

Banxso EU is a brand name owned and operated by XF Services (LTD), situated at 81-83 Grivas Digenis Ave, Nicosia, 1090, Cyprus, Registration Number: HE415244, trading under Banxso EU, is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”), with License Number 413/22 as a Cyprus Investment Firm (“CIF”), and serves clients within the European Union.
